Wishlist

There isn't much on my wish list this week which makes for a welcome change, sure my purse will be pleased.
First off is a nail varnish in the colour thread bare. I can't get enough of nude colour nail varnishes, in fact I would say 90% of my collection are nudes. Which is probably why I shouldn't buy this one but I know I won't stop craving it until I buy it.
Next a lipstick in the colour pillow talk. Of course all the hype on YouTube and other blogs is making me want this so badly. Cute name, nice colour, gloss finish and lovely packaging - what's not to love? I'm sure this will be making an appearance in my make up bag very soon.

What's in my bag?

I know these posts aren't the most original by any means, but to me, they are the most fun.
Compared to the contents of other people's bags, mine is dull. It's all packed in neatly and it's exactly what is in my bag - nothing crazy to see here!

My bag is probably one of my most prized possessions (Materialistic? Me? Never!) and was bought in a moment of madness. A good quote I stood by as I passed over my card: "I don't believe in it bags but I do believe in Mulberry." It's the Mulberry Edie small shoulder bag. Described as the hybrid bag between the Bayswater and Alexa - perfect! I am very proud of this bag, when it's not in use, the packaging goes back into the bag and the bag into the dust bag. When I carry it (as stupid as it sounds) I honestly feel amazing.

Here's the contents of my bag:
* Car keys - I drive a red Mini One and I love it, love love love it. It may have been the proudest moment of my life driving away from the garage in this.
* Samsung Tocco - I don't really have much to say about this phone. It does everythingI want it to do to - phone and text.
* iPod Touch - 3 years on and still going strong (jinx?).
* Umbrella - With the typical British weather really no interesting reason this is here about from I don't want to get wet.
*Gisella London pouch - The handiest thing in my bag. It honestly makes me cringe when I see people with expensive bags who just throw liquids in there. Imagine a spillage, £600 ruined. I keep spare lipsticks, hand sanitizer, tissues and other little essentials in here. It also helps with the bag swap. Grab and go.
* Mango wallet - Quite literally the softest leather I have ever touched.
* Loose change - Reminding me I must buy a coin purse. The hunt is on.
* Hair grips - Shamefully these just collect at the bottom of my bag. I probably have thousands of these scattered around.

Like I said, incredibly boring but I really do love these posts.

Hello world!

I've decided to start a blog again, and it feels very weird to be writing this (and deleting). I used to be and avid blogger in my teens, but I stopped when people I knew "in real life" found out. Since then, I've been reading beauty/fashion/life style blogs for the last few years. Now's the time to stop stalking and join in, so, here I am.

My name is Ellie (as the blog title would suggest), I'm 20 years old and I love baking, bags and winter.

Let's hope I can get back into the swing of writing a blog quickly.
